 Shipping

We ship worldwide! Standard time to fulfill each candle order is 5-7 working days due to the hand-pour process of each candle. Shipping time will vary depending on the courier and shipping speed you choose at checkout. International packages may be subject to custom fees which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.

Please note that due to COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding! 

 

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged candle due to shipment, please contact us with photogenic proof of the damage within 48 hours of arrival and we will determine the best possible solution. Please note that your candle may have minor imperfections due to the natural handcraft. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit or stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via the courier service used. Sundown Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
